The Sights And Sounds Of Christmas

"Without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah's womb; yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform." - ROMANS 4:19-21
Claiming God’s promises involves what we might call the “Triple T” maneuver. Abraham demonstrates it.
First, is Trust. Faith in God is resting all the weight of your hopes and dreams on Him.
Time is second. Abraham trusted God to honor the promise of a son, but when nothing happened, Abraham wasn’t worried. He knew God has a special moment for the manifestation of His promises to us, tied to our Kingdom purpose and destiny.
Finally is the Thrill of fulfillment of the promise, when we hold God’s promise in our hands, or hearts. Trust in God, submit to His timing, and you’ll have the thrill of manifest promise.
